Greiner Bio-One offers 5 ml reaction tubes with either a snap cap for fast opening and closing or a screw
cap for secure sample storage. The outer diameter and shape of the conical tubes are similar to standard
15 ml tubes, thus making them compatible with the respective laboratory equipment.
The key advantage of this tube size is the accessibility of the tube interior without risk of contamination
when pipetting medium volumes of samples. The tubes are made of ultraclear polypropylene and have
frosted, writable surfaces, thereby ensuring reliable sample identification in day-to-day laboratory work.
Sample integrity is ensured by using tested, resistant polypropylene, and the user-friendliness is rounded
off by resealable bags.
Both tubes are certified free of pyrogens and DNase-/RNase.
